They are generally offered for shipments to relay points in France, offered from €60 purchase for home delivery, or from €5 for other countries and under €60 purchase.

Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email or telephone. We will provide you with a return form that you must complete and return to us with the item.

Non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, including personalized products, hygiene products or products that are defective due to misuse by the customer.

Condition of the returned item

Returned items must be in their original condition, with their original packaging and all tags attached. If the item is damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

We will refund the price of the returned item within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
