Rating and Reviews

We collect and present reviews submitted on all our online sales channels (our website and also all the marketplaces on which we sell worldwide, such as Amazon).

We do this because we believe that customer reviews and star ratings help customers better understand NEO SOLVO products and decide if the products will be suitable for their animals.

The rating is calculated as an average.

The order in which opinions are presented is at the discretion and judgment of NEO SOLVO.

Reviews are displayed for all products with the same characteristics, regardless of whether they are presented on different product pages (generally depending on the type of animal). In fact, the products are strictly identical and are presented on different product pages for clarity. Therefore, they share the same reviews.

Reviews and ratings are collected regularly (usually once a month). Written reviews are presented in a non-exhaustive manner, unlike ratings, which are all displayed.

The ratings are not always accompanied by a comment, and in such cases, they are reordered chronologically to improve readability. Therefore, the date is not significant for these ratings.
